How can we help?
-
Sustainability as an important pillar within your business operations thanks to a sustainability strategy
Sustainability is a broad concept that tends to be interpreted in different ways. By properly framing your efforts in the area of sustainability within a strategy, the impact will be much greater, both at the level of business operations and for society.
-
A sustainable business or brand strategy as the foundation for a credible sustainable image
Translating sustainability into a sustainable image requires the integration of sustainability into each and every operational aspect. For your brand to be credibly sustainable in the market, both the business or brand strategy and the sustainability strategy need to be seamlessly integrated.

From sustainability strategy to sustainable brand or business strategy
The sustainability transition sets the foundations for sustainability to become an important pillar within the business/brand management. In a sustainable business and/or brand strategy, however, sustainability becomes an integral part of its management.
- Sustainability policy The framework for defining sustainability as a company. Generally, this framework consists of one—or a combination—of the various universal frameworks the company can derive its own policy from.
- Sustainability scope This stage establishes the link with the business challenges and can be used to draw up a priority list. With a structured approach, we explore the choices a company has to make in terms of sustainability to generate the best possible impact both for its own results and for society.
- Sustainability baseline measurements We check where the company stands today using specific data. After all, without a thorough look at the current state of affairs in terms of figures of CO2, energy, diversity, etc., we cannot make any predictions about the future.
- Sustainability strategy project plan Finally, we prepare an integrated plan of action based on the S.M.A.R.T. target setting. The action plan should provide a good overview of the systemic approach to sustainability and involve all interested parties.
- Sustainable business/brand policy We look at the two frameworks the business strategy and the sustainability strategy and define these frameworks in a way that allows for integration.
- Sustainable business/brand scope The next step is to translate the integrated sustainable business or brand strategy to the various departments and functions within the company. This translation is necessary to enable proper integration. The step involves a structured assessment of the choices that each department within a company has to make in terms of communicating the coordinated and integrated sustainable strategy, along with the impact these choices have on the current culture, business processes and procedures per department.
